Responsible for implementing and managing IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, and HCI. Requires hands-on experience with VMware, backup solutions, and system migrations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong experience in implementing and operating Infrastructure Technologies, including systems, virtualization, servers, and storage.
Experience with virtualization platforms, servers, and hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI).
Good technical knowledge of rack-mount and blade servers such as Nutanix, Dell, HPE, IBM, and Lenovo.
In-depth hands-on experience in VMware environments, including vSphere, RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines, system upgrades, and data migrations.
Good technical knowledge of storage systems (Dell EMC, IBM, HPE) and SAN switches such as Brocade.
Experience in applying hotfixes and security patches to systems and infrastructure devices.
Good knowledge of backup processes, related technologies, and backup solutions.
Responsibilities
Implement and manage system installation processes.
Continuously enhance technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues.
Develop Low-Level Design (LLD) and As-Built documentation to record installation activities and provide them to customers.
Troubleshoot product issues and coordinate with vendor Technical Assistance Centers (TAC).
Conduct technical and hands-on training sessions for customers.
Ensure smooth migration from legacy systems to new infrastructure with minimal or no business interruption.
