We are seeking a Software QA Engineer with 2+ years of experience to conduct manual, automated (Selenium), API (Postman), and database (SQL) testing for web applications and AI/Agentic AI systems in an Agile environment. A Computer Science degree and strong analytical skills are required, with prior AI/ML testing experience preferred.
Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and comprehensive test cases.
Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
Validate AI and Agentic AI outputs against business requirements and quality standards.
Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.
Perform manual and automated testing where applicable.
Test application performance, usability, reliability, and security.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before production release.
Prepare test reports and QA documentation.
Collaborate with developers, AI engineers, DevOps, and business stakeholders to continuously improve product quality.
2+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance/Testing.
Strong experience in manual and automated testing.
Good knowledge of functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
Experience with API testing and web application testing.
Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, or similar tools.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and defect tracking tools.
Experience in AI/ML or Agentic AI testing is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
