Responsibilities:
- Conduct demos/proof of concept setups to convince the customer with the product to make the customer issue the PO
- Design, configure, and deploy wireless networks, including access points, controllers, and associated infrastructure components.
- Develop and implement Network Access Control (NAC) solutions to enforce security policies and control access to network resources.
- Conduct site surveys and assess network requirements to ensure optimal performance and coverage using Ekahau tool.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to wireless and NAC systems, including performance bottlenecks, connectivity issues, and security incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, security analysts, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client requirements.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in wireless networking and network security to continuously improve service offerings and best practices.
- Responsible for providing support service (after sales service) for customers who has active contracts
- should possess strong troubleshooting skills to effectively manage advanced scenarios.
- Develop low level design & as built manual to document installation activities & provide it to customer.
- Troubleshoot product deficiencies with vendor (Technical Assistance Center) through set of SLAs to resolve customer complain
- Report Lab /POC/installation activities visits internally/externally.( Quality Assurance)
- Conduct technical/hands on training to customers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting wireless networking solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
- In-depth knowledge of wireless standards (e.g., 802.11ac, 802.11ax) and wireless security protocols (e.g., WPA2, WPA3).
- Experience with Network Access Control (NAC) solutions, such as Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices, including encryption, authentication, and access control mechanisms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and collaborate with internal teams.
