Engage with clients to understand requirements and design network solutions.
Build strong relationships with our existing clients, and acting as a trusted advisor
Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations for clients.
Collaborate with sales team to qualify leads, develop sales strategies and participate in customer meetings
Assist in proposal development and address client concerns.
Help Customers in releasing RFIs/RFQs/RFPs and responding to them.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
Proven experience in pre-sales engineering, with a focus on networking solutions (+ 3 years)
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies and concepts, including wired & wireless networking (campus and datacenter), security and virtualization
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in HPE, Juniper or Cisco products, solutions, and technologies.
Ability to design and architect complex solutions/design that align with customer requirements and industry best practices.
Experience in creating detailed design documents, network diagrams, technical proposals, and implementation plans.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concept to non-technical stakeholders
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, and emerging technologies
Relevant certifications (ACMA, ACMP, ACMX, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, JNCIA-Junos, or JNCIP-ENT) are highly desirable.
