Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support:
    • Provide on-site technical support at customer premises, ensuring smooth operation within the agreed-upon scope of work.
    • Manage day-to-day tasks, including system monitoring, maintenance, and issue resolution.

  • Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving:
     
    • Collaborate with internal teams and customer IT staff to escalate and resolve advanced scenarios.
    • Ensure timely resolution of technical problems to minimize downtime and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing:

    • Conduct technical training sessions and hands-on workshops for customers, enhancing their understanding and usage of Aruba products.
    • Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides.

  • Coordination & Safety:

    • Lead and coordinate Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) activities to identify and mitigate potential risks in the system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with a strong technical background.
  • Hands-on experience with the following technologies:
    • Aruba Wireless Controllers
    • Aruba Access Points
    • Mobility Master
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
