RPA Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and understand workflow processes.
• Designing and developing RPA solutions using industry-leading tools and technologies.
• Documenting process flows, use cases, and other artifacts to support RPA solution design.
• Developing test plans, scenarios, and other documentation for RPA solutions.
• Monitoring and reporting on RPA project progress, performance, and issues.
• Researching emerging RPA technologies and trends to recommend potential solution opportunities.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in the business analysis field.
• Experience in using RPA tools (Preferable UiPath)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to act as a liaison between business and IT teams.
• Experience in documenting technical specifications and process documentation.
