Responsibilities:
- Operational Support:
- Provide on-site technical support at customer premises, ensuring smooth operation within the agreed-upon scope of work.
- Manage day-to-day tasks, including system monitoring, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving:
- Collaborate with internal teams and customer IT staff to escalate and resolve advanced scenarios.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical problems to minimize downtime and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing:
- Conduct technical training sessions and hands-on workshops for customers, enhancing their understanding and usage of Aruba products.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides.
- Coordination & Safety:
- Lead and coordinate Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) activities to identify and mitigate potential risks in the system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with F5/ ASM is a must
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with a strong technical background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
