Help Desk Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, ticket system or email.
  • Managing help desk tickets.
  • Providing solutions and advice on technical issues.
  • Creating manuals for technical issues.
  • Using feedback from customers to improve problem-solving techniques and customer service.
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
  • Documenting and analyzing technical issues and customer interactions.
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a help desk or other customer support role.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a help desk.
  • Having the following certificates:
    o Cisco CCNA
    o MCSA
